Be Happy!

Here is the second card that I created for the Frosted Designs Challenge blog.  I didn't think I'd have time to photograph it and blog it before the deadline, but then I remembered the time difference. Yay! For this card, I used Heather's paper strip challenge.  She created an adorable scrapbook layout using several strips of different patterned papers.  This is such a great idea for using up scraps of paper and, as an added bonus, it's pretty simple, too.  Here is my take on her challenge:

I love this stamp from Penny Black.  It's called Cat Bath.  That sweet little cat (ok, fat cat--LOL) looks so happy!  I thought it was a great match for all the cheerful papers.
