The Perfect Sentiment hosts the Perfect Blog Hop!

The Perfect Sentiment Challenge is having an amazingly fun Blog Hop in honor of National Scrapbooking Day.  Each DT member is hosting a different mini challenge with candy, AND if you complete at least 4 of the different challenges, you are eligible for the grand prize.  With motivation like that, I didn't have any trouble finding 4 challenges to complete!  I love a good blog hop.  So let's get this celebration started! (Be forewarned, this is a bit of a mega-post--all four card are in the same post.)

First up is Maggie's challenge. She asked hoppers to use this photo as inspiration for a "Thinking of You" card.  I loved all the bright swirls of red, yellow and green.  I thought it looked kind of magical, so this is what I came up with

I'd also like to enter this card in the Sugar Bowl, where the current challenge is this fantastic sketch with the option of using your favorite Sugar Nellie Stamp (C'mon, who could have a favorite?!).

Second on the Perfect Sentiment Palooza is Sassy's challenge.  Sassy has this gorgeous photo of gerbera daisies as inspiration for a "Happy Anything" card.  She also has a list of supplies and techniques that she wants you to include: 1) Stamped and colored image, 2) Sentiment, 3) Die cut, 4) Embossing, and 5) Ribbon. Whew!  Here is my card. 

I used the daisies as the inspiration for my stamped and colored image and also for the color scheme.  The scalloped circle is die cut, the sentiment is heat-embossed, and I used ribbon for the bow on the flower.  Check, Check, and Check!

I'd also like to enter this card in the Joanna Sheen Challenge where the theme is "Flower Power."

Third (Are you still with me? LOL) is Jan's challenge.  Jan provided a fun sketch from the Deconstructed Sketch for hoppers to use as the basis for a friendship themed card.  I LOVE sketches, so selecting Jan's challenge was a no-brainer.   Here it is. 

The sentiment says, "We're so happy when surrounded by cake, friends."  SO funny!  Hope Jan thinks so too!

And last, but not least, my fourth card is for Theresa.  Her challenge is "Anything goes with a Die Cut."  So simple!  I decided to make a thank you card--you can never have too many thank you cards. 

I'd also like to enter this card in the Penny Black Saturday Challenge where the current theme is CASE it!  I chose to CASE the sketch.  I also incorporated a hedgie, though I completely abandoned the color scheme.
